The Performance Management System is based on the principle of ‘Management by Objectives’. In this system, each year, in accordance with the objectives of Nart Insurance, all of the employees together with their managers determine their functional objectives regarding their field of operation and their personal objectives regarding their personal development plans. In mid year ‘Interim Performance Evaluation Meetings’ and at the end of the year the‘ Year End Performance Evaluation’ where the employees get feedback from their managers regarding their performance within the year is organized. In these meetings the employee’s objective actualization status, their development plan and their needs are discussed.
In the field of talent management all of the employees are evaluated every year and the one’s with a high potential are included in the talent pool. The employees who are included to the talent pool face an intent development process with various rotations, special projects and training programmes.
