Denise NART was appointed Chief Executive Officer.

2021

Denise NART was appointed as Brokerslink’s European Regional Manager in April.

Denise NART was elected as a Member of the 18th Term GYIAD Board of Directors.

2020

NART Sigorta – Impact on COVID-19 Insurance Contracts A Webinar was held called Loss of Profit-Business Interruption-Employer Liability / Manager Liability-Credit Insurances.

With the impact of COVID-19 on the World, NART held its internal / external meetings mainly online.

The 2020 Advisory Board was held online. (COVID-19 Impact on Insurance Contracts)

The 14th NART Risk Management Forum 2020 was held online

2019

NART Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği Celebrated its 20th Anniversary.

As the pioneer of Turkey’s firsts in Digitalization, NART has offered the NART Mobile App to our customers.

Advisory Board on increasing trade weapons, sanctions, their effects on the World and Turkey.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on Risk Management in Healthcare Providers.

2018

Maritime department was put into operation at NART.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on New Dimensions and New Trends in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry in the World and in Turkey.

Digital and online sales project was implemented at NART

Local and international activities were increased by creating Yacht Insurance Department Expert Staff.

2017

NART participated in the Bilişim Summit and shared Information on Cyber Risks.

As NART, we launched our websites related to the insurance sector. Cyber Risk, Art Insurance, Energy Insurance, Credit Insurance, Supplementary Health Insurance

2016

NART Risk Management Forum was held on Construction and Industrial Risk Management in Middle and Near East, African and South American Countries.

The Advisory Board Meeting on “Cyber Threats and Safeguards within the framework of Turkey’s Industry 4.0 transformation”, consisting of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEOs of 18 global and local companies, was held at the Istanbul Ritz Carlton Hotel.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on Construction and Industrial Risk Management in Middle and Near East, African and South American Countries.

2015

NART’s 15th anniversary celebrations took place. Cyber Risk Management department was established.

The topic of “Management of Cyber Risks” was discussed at NART Risk Management Forum.

Passion and Sharing: Advisory Board on Collecting to Private Museology was Held.

2014

NART acquired NART plaza due to its developing business structure. and the head office was moved to Kavacık.

Diyarbakir Regional Directorate was opened.

Advisory Board on “The Turkish Economy: Where and How After the Transition to a Strong Economy Program?” was held.

2013

At NART Risk Management Forum 2013, the subject of “Protection of Art and Cultural Heritage” was discussed.

NART’s first overseas branch was opened in Erbil, Northern Iraq.

NART’s second generation representative, Denise NART, gained her first experience in the Department of Energy, Construction and Global Risks in Istanbul and London.

An Advisory Board on the Change of Economic Dynamics in Turkey After the Crisis Was Held.

2012

The subject of “Management of Automotive Risks” was discussed at NART Risk Management Forum 2012.

The total number of employees was 100 people.

VHV Vermöngensverwaltungs AG, owned by VHV Holding, acquired 40% of the parent company of the NART Group

The Advisory Board on the Post-Global Crisis World Economy and the Reconstructed Turkey’s New Position was Held.

2011

The subject of “Management of Construction Risks” was discussed at NART Risk Management Forum 2011.

NART Business Center, the serviced office brand of MLN Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. started its activities in Polcenter next to Kanyon, the most prestigious business center location of Istanbul.

Advisory Board on the Economic and Political Power of Social Media was Held.

2010

The topic of “Management of Food Risks” was discussed at NART Risk Management Forum 2010.

NART Construction and Energy departments were established.

An Advisory Board on the Conversion of Art Passion to Collecting and Latest Trends was Held.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on Risk Management in the Food and Beverage Industry.

2009

Advisory Board on “Turkey’s Transformation Story: Is It A Break, Is It Over, Or Is It Starting Again?” was held.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on Risk Management in the Energy Sector.

2008

NART Risk Management Forum covered the topic of “Risk Management in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals Sectors”.

2007

Bursa Regional Office was opened,

NART Brokerage renovated its Headquarters.

NART Risk Management Forum covered the subject of “Risk Management in Retailing, Shopping Malls and Wellness Centers”.

2006

Levent was re-elected as the President of NART Insurance Brokers Association.

NART Management Forum Meeting was held on “Credit Insurances”.

NART Re was founded.

NART Risk Management Academy was established.

Total number of employees 65 people

In the Light of the Development of the Turkish Economy, the 2nd Advisory Board on the Private Pension System was Held.

3.NART Risk Management Forum was organized.

2005

Membership of TUSIAD,TUGIAD, Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey, German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Turkish-French Turkish Insurance Brokers Association to BIPAR (European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries) under the chairmanship of Levent NART at the NART Risk Management Forum, where Professional Liability Insurances and Product Liability Insurances were discussed.

NART Risk Management Forum was held on the management of responsibilities arising from professional faults of professionals such as Doctors, Architects, Lawyers, Financial Advisors, Pharmacists.

2004

The first International NART Risk Management Forum Meeting was held in Turkey.

The Private Pension Department was established.

He/she was elected as the Chairman of the Brokers Association of the first Brokerage management in Turkey, whose capital is 100% Turkish. The total number of employees is 45 people.

Product Liability Seminar was held for the first time in Turkey in Pharmaceutical Employers’ Unions.

A conference on Private Pension was held for the first time in Turkey.

2001

The first international Advisory Board Meeting in the insurance and risk management world in Turkey was held under the chairmanship of Yavuz Canevi.

NART Headquarters was moved to the new headquarters, NART Center. The total number of employees was 20.

2000

Opening of Ankara Regional Directorate of NART Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş..

NART Yacht Insurance started its operations.

The total number of employees was 10.

1999

NART Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş. was founded on 19.09.999.

1998

Establishment of, Axa Oyak, Turkey’s first Insurance Holding. Appointment of NART as the first General Manager and Managing Director of Axa Oyak Hayat A.Ş.

1995

İMTAŞ, one of the oldest companies in Turkey and owned by France’s No. 1 Group UAP, and Nordstern Sigorta A.Ş., a member of the German Nordstren Group, were merged under the name “NORDSTERN – İMTAŞ”. It became the first Chairman of the Board of Nordstern İmtaş Sigorta A.Ş and Nordstern İmtaş Hayat A.Ş.

1989

Levent NART served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Nordstern Sigorta A.Ş.

1984

Founder Levent NART started to gain experience as an Underwriter at Nordstern Allgemeine Versicherungs AG in Germany.
