In the Performance Management System, the principle of “Management by Goals” is taken as basis. In this system, each year in accordance with the goals of NART Insurance, all employees together with their managers determine their personal goals in line with their functional goals and individual development plans related to their business field. “Interim Performance Assessment Meetings” are organized in the middle of the year, and at the end of the year, “Year-End Performance Assessments” are organized and through which employees receive feedback on their performance during the year. At these meetings, the development plan and needs of the employee are discussed along with the achievement of his/her goals.
In the field of Talent Management, all employees are evaluated regularly every year and those who are deemed to have high potential are included in the talent pool. Employees who are included in the talent pool go through an intensive development process with various rotations, special projects and training programs.
