Born in 1975 in Karşıyaka, he is married. He completed his primary, secondary, high school, and university education in Izmir. After graduating from Izmir Saint Joseph French High School, he earned a degree in Economics from Dokuz Eylül University. He was introduced to the insurance industry in 1994 through İtal Sigorta Agency, where he worked in various roles for 7 years. In 2002, he continued his career with his second employer, NART, where he is still serving as Deputy General Manager. His proficiency in French is good, and his English is at an intermediate level. He has 30 years of experience and has been involved in numerous claims management cases, particularly in the Izmir region.

One of the most significant cases he handled was at a cotton waste production factory, where a fire caused by subcontractor negligence occurred. Although the insurance policies were issued by another agency, he was brought in as an external consultant due to errors in the policy clauses managed by the issuing agency. His guidance ensured that the claims were settled close to the actual damage figures. Similarly, he was instrumental in helping clients secure claims in a fire incident at a foundry in Manisa and another at a textile factory in Söke, upon their request.
