Performance Assessment

In the Performance Management System, the principle of “Management by Targets” is based. In this system, every year, in line with NART Sigorta’s goals, all employees, together with their managers, determine their personal goals in line with their functional goals and individual development plans related to their business area. “Mid-term Performance Evaluation Meetings” are organized in the middle of the year, and “Year-End Performance Evaluation” is organized at the end of the year, where employees receive feedback on their performance during the year. In these meetings, the development plan and needs of the employee are discussed along with the realization of their goals.

In the field of Talent Management, all employees are evaluated on a regular basis every year, and people with high potential are included in the talent pool. Employees included in the talent pool go through an intensive development process with various rotations, special projects and training programs.
