Margot NART was born in 1956 in Cologne, Germany. She graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Cologne, specializing in the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

Margot NART worked in various construction companies before taking on the role of Chief Engineer in the Construction Department of the Cologne Municipality in 1983.

In 1990, she relocated to Turkey and became involved with the NART Group, serving as a Board Member and General Manager at MLN Real Estate Development Inc. and NART Business Center.

Since 2002, Margot NART has also been a board member at NART Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. She is fluent in English, German, and Turkish.
