Coverage for Immovable Property
Unless otherwise agreed, the following elements belonging to the building are covered under the insurance:

✓ Foundations and retaining walls
Note:
✓ Garden and perimeter walls, docks, terraces, piers, fountains, outdoor statues, cisterns, and pools are covered only if explicitly stated in the policy.
✓ Land value is not included in the insured amount.

All of the following items located at the insured premises are covered:
